Our Classes

  • Meditation Class Burdekin

    PAUSE Mindfulness Meditation (30 minutes)

PAUSE is a gentle, beginner-friendly meditation class designed to help you slow down, settle the mind, and calm the nervous system.

You are guided step by step through accessible meditation practices — so there’s no need to know how to meditate or have any prior experience. The focus is on creating a sense of safety, ease, and presence, rather than trying to quiet the mind or do anything “perfectly”.

Across the year, PAUSE includes a range of meditation styles such as mindfulness, breath awareness, body-based practices, visualisation, loving-kindness, mantra, and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Each class is structured to help you step out of the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself in a simple, supportive way.

PAUSE is not about escaping life — it’s about learning practical tools to meet life with more calm, clarity, and steadiness.

    Who This Class Is For

    • You feel busy, overwhelmed, or mentally tired

    • Your mind struggles to switch off

    • You’ve never meditated before and don’t know where to start

    • You’ve tried meditation and found it difficult or frustrating

    • You’re craving calm, clarity, and a pause just for you

You’ll be supported throughout the class with clear guidance and plenty of permission to rest, adjust, or simply listen.

  • SOFTEN Yin Yoga (60 minutes) - Women Only Class

SOFTEN is a slow, nourishing Yin Yoga class created as a space for women to unwind, release tension, and gently return to themselves.

This is a quiet, floor-based practice where postures are held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to soften rather than stretch or strive. With the support of bolsters, cushions, and blocks, you’re guided into shapes that encourage deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner stillness.

SOFTEN is not about flexibility, strength, or performance. It’s about slowing down enough to listen to the body and support the connective tissues, joints, and nervous system through stillness and gentle awareness.

    Who This Class Is For

    • You feel tired, stretched thin, or emotionally overloaded

    • You’re craving rest, stillness, and quiet

    • You prefer slower, gentler practices

    • You’re new to yoga and want something non-intimidating

    • You want a women-only space that feels safe and nurturing

  • Warrior One - Yoga Class

UNFOLD General (Hatha) Yoga (60 minutes)

UNFOLD is a steady, accessible yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect with your body at a manageable, supportive pace.

Grounded in the traditional foundations of Hatha yoga, this class blends gentle movement, simple postures, and moments of stillness to build strength, flexibility, and balance without rushing or overwhelm. Clear guidance and the use of props support a wide range of bodies and experience levels.

UNFOLD offers a balanced practice that supports both physical well-being and a calmer, steadier mind.

    Who This Class Is For

    • You’re new to yoga or returning after time away

    • You prefer a steady pace — not too slow, not too fast

    • You want to build strength and flexibility gently

    • You like clear instructions and structure

    • You want a grounding, all-round practice

This class is about progress, not performance — meeting your body where it is and allowing your practice to unfold naturally.

  • EMBODY Slow Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga (60 minutes)

EMBODY is a slow, mindful flow class that links movement and breath in a steady, intentional way.

This class offers a gentle introduction to vinyasa (flow) yoga, with simple sequences and smooth transitions that allow time to feel each movement. The pace is unhurried, supporting strength, mobility, and body awareness without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

EMBODY encourages you to step out of the mind and into embodied experience — cultivating presence through movement.

    • You’re ready to build strength gradually

    • You find stillness challenging and prefer mindful movement

    • You want a class that feels steady rather than fast

  • Restorative and Yin Yoga with bolsters

SURRENDER Restorative Yoga & Sound (2 hrs) - Women Only Class

SURRENDER is a deeply restorative, once-a-month experience designed as a Sunday reset — a mini retreat to help you slow down, release the week that’s been, and gently prepare for the one ahead.

Held just once each month, this two-hour class offers spacious, uninterrupted time to truly rest, making it easy to fit into a busy life without the commitment of a weekly class. It’s an intentional pause — a chance to step away from the noise and be fully supported.

The practice is slow and still, using fully supported restorative yoga postures with bolsters, blankets, and props so the body can soften without effort. Throughout the experience, sound is gently woven in — including crystal singing bowls — offering calming vibrations that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep rest.

SURRENDER is not a workout or a typical yoga class.

It’s a held experience — designed to feel like a small retreat without having to go anywhere.

    Who This Class Is For

    • You’re craving a monthly reset or ritual of rest

    • Your weeks feel full, and you need time to truly unwind

    • You struggle to rest, even when you’re tired

    • You’re feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted

    • You’re drawn to deep stillness, sound, and extended rest

    • You value a women-only space held with care and intention

Everything in this class is optional. You’re welcome to rest, adjust, or simply receive. There’s no pressure to move, achieve, or “do” anything at all.
