Our Meditation Classes

  • Meditation Class Burdekin

    PAUSE Mindfulness Meditation (30 minutes)

    PAUSE is a guided meditation class designed to help settle the nervous system, improve focus, and build a regular mindfulness practice.

    Each class includes a short explanation of the meditation technique followed by a guided practice.

    Meditations are simple and practical, focusing on skills that support everyday life — such as breath awareness, body awareness, and observing thoughts.

    This class is for:

    • Beginners to meditation

    • Anyone feeling busy, overwhelmed, or mentally tired

    • Those wanting to develop a regular mindfulness practice

    No meditation experience is required.
