My mind never stops buzzing, so I worried I wouldn't be able to relax and meditate. All of the different things Shona incorporated in the sessions I was able to stop my mind. Everything was explained prior to meditating, and it was lovely to know that if you did start thinking, then that was quite normal in the beginning, but I was able to get back into focussing on what Shona was saying or doing.I fell into a deep state every night on the course and slept great that night, also. The sound bowls were mesmerising.
