PAUSE Meditation Class (45 minutes)
A gentle, guided meditation class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. In each session, you’ll be invited to rest in stillness while exploring simple mindfulness techniques like breath awareness, body scanning, and gentle sensory noticing. There’s no pressure to ‘clear your mind’ — instead, it’s about becoming more present with whatever is here. These classes are perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally cluttered, or just craving a quiet space to land. Suitable for beginners and regular meditators alike, PAUSE is a weekly reset for your nervous system and your spirit.

REST Yoga Nidra Meditation (45 minutes)
REST is a deeply nourishing, floor-based class where you’ll be guided into a state of conscious rest through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. Often called “yogic sleep,” this meditation technique is done lying down, supported by bolsters, blankets and props, with nothing for you to do but listen and receive. Each session weaves together breath, body awareness, guided visualisation, and stillness — inviting your whole being to soften, release, and recalibrate. Ideal if you’re feeling depleted, wired-but-tired, or seeking nervous system repair. No movement, no pressure — just rest, ease, and deep inner quiet.

SURRENDER Restorative Yoga (90 mins – Monthly Offering)
SURRENDER is a calming, cocoon-like class designed to support deep rest and nervous system repair. You’ll be guided into stillness through fully supported restorative shapes — held with bolsters, blankets, and cushions — alongside gentle breath cues, mindfulness-based meditation, and the soothing resonance of crystal sound bowls. This is a slow, floor-based practice with just 6–8 restful postures per session. There’s no stretching or ‘finding an edge’ — only the invitation to soften, settle, and be supported. Perfect if you’re feeling depleted, anxious, or simply craving quiet space to restore. No experience or flexibility required — just come as you are.

UNFOLD Yoga Class (60 minutes)
UNFOLD is a gently energising class that blends traditional Hatha yoga with slow-flow, mindful movement to support strength, mobility, and ease in your body. Expect steady, floor-to-standing sequences guided by your breath, with time to explore each posture and transition without rush. This class invites you to build awareness, open gently through the body, and move with intention — perfect if you’re seeking a grounding practice that’s neither too fast nor too still. SOFTEN Yin Yoga (60 minutes)
SOFTEN is a slow, floor-based yoga class that gives you time and space to unwind both physically and mentally. Using long-held, passive postures supported by props, you’ll gently target the fascia and connective tissues to support mobility, circulation, and deep release. Guided by your breath and shaped by stillness, this practice encourages you to soften through layers of tension, fatigue, and stress.
