You do not need to be highly flexible, strong, or experienced in yoga.

If getting to and from the floor is difficult, EMBODY Chair Yoga may be the best place to begin.

Please let Shona know before class so the practice can be adapted where appropriate.
You will also complete a short intake form before your first class. This is sent when you book or can be completed when you arrive.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily.
For Yin and Restorative classes, warm layers and socks are recommended.
