Pause & Begin Workshop
A 2‑hour beginner meditation workshop to give you clarity and confidence.
Offered a few times each year, this gentle 2‑hour workshop is your invitation to pause and begin. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or you’ve tried an app or a class and it just didn’t stick, this workshop gives you the clarity and confidence to start again.
Together, we’ll take the confusion out of meditation. You’ll learn what meditation really is (and isn’t), how to sit comfortably, what to do when your mind wanders, and how to take those first steps toward building a practice that feels realistic in your everyday life.
You’ll also experience guided meditation in a small, safe group—so you can see for yourself that meditation doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or out of reach.
This workshop is all about understanding the basics, feeling supported, and leaving with tools you can use right away.
