SOFTEN - Yin Yoga
75 minutes | Tuesday evenings | Women-only class
SOFTEN is a slower, floor-based yoga practice using long-held postures and props to create supported stretch through the hips, legs, spine, and shoulders.
Yin yoga is different from a gentle flow or beginner movement class. While it uses yoga shapes, the practice also draws on mindfulness and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Rather than building heat or strength through continuous movement, you will hold postures for several minutes to work gradually with the body’s deeper connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, and joints.
You will feel a stretch in Yin. The aim is not to push or force flexibility, but to use time, breath, and support to find an appropriate sensation for your body.
Most of the class takes place on the floor. Bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, and mats are provided to support your flexibility and help you settle into each posture.
This class may suit you if you are looking for:
A slower, more meditative yoga practice
Supported stretching and improved mobility over time
A balance to a busy, active, or strength-based lifestyle
A quieter space to slow down and reconnect with your body
Things to know: Yin is slow, but it is not necessarily easy. The practice includes stretching, gentle twists, and long-held floor-based postures. You do not need to be flexible or experienced in yoga, but some comfort getting down to and up from the floor is helpful. Props and variations are always offered to support your body.

UNFOLD - Hatha Flow Yoga
75 minutes | Thursday Morning & Evening
UNFOLD is a steady, breath-aware Hatha yoga class that combines mindful movement, strength, mobility, balance, and rest.
Each class begins with a short grounding or breath-awareness practice before moving through a considered sequence of standing, seated, and floor-based postures. Some postures are linked together with the breath, while others are held for a time to build awareness, stability, and confidence in the body.
The pace is steady rather than fast, with clear guidance throughout. Classes finish with rest in Savasana.
Props, including mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets, are available and encouraged. They can support balance, flexibility, comfort, and help you find a version of each posture that works for your body.
This class may suit you if you are looking for:
A steady, more active yoga practice
Strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness
Movement guided by breath and mindful attention
A regular practice that helps you feel more capable and connected in your body
Things to know: Beginners are very welcome. You will be supported with clear guidance, props, and options throughout the class. As this is a full-body yoga practice, it is helpful to be able to move between standing, seated, and floor-based postures with reasonable comfort. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to begin.

EMBODY - Chair Yoga
75 minutes | Monday Mornings
EMBODY is a gentle, practical yoga class adapted to be practised seated or with the support of a chair.
This is not simply a stretching or mobility class using chairs. It is yoga thoughtfully adapted to support different bodies, abilities, injuries, and stages of movement. Familiar yoga postures are explored in an accessible way, with the chair providing stability, balance, and reassurance throughout the practice.
Classes include joint mobility, strength-building movements for the legs, feet, arms, and core, balance work, breath awareness, and simple yoga-based movement patterns. Some movements are practised seated, while others may be offered standing with the chair close by for support.
You do not need to keep up with anyone else or perform every movement in the same way. Options are offered throughout, and the practice can be adjusted around your current mobility, confidence, injuries, or physical limitations.
This class may suit you if you are looking for:
A gentle introduction to yoga
Support with balance, strength, mobility, and confidence in movement
A practical seated or chair-supported practice
A return to movement after illness, injury, surgery, or time away
A slower class where you can work within your own ability
Things to know: No previous yoga experience is needed. You do not need to be flexible, fit, or able to get down to the floor. The chair is there to support you, and standing options are always adaptable. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any mobility aids you normally use.

SURRENDER & REST - Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sound Meditation
2 hours | Monthly Sunday session | Women only
SURRENDER & REST is a monthly restorative yoga session designed as a longer pause from everyday life — a calm, supported space to slow down, rest, and reset.
The practice uses a small number of fully supported restorative yoga postures, held for longer periods with bolsters, blankets, and props. There is no stretching, strengthening, or need to “do” anything physically. The focus is simply on comfort, stillness, and allowing the body to settle.
Crystal singing bowls are gently woven into the practice, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Together, these elements create a quiet, immersive experience that supports deep rest and a sense of spaciousness.
This is not a workout or a typical yoga class. It is more like a small in-studio retreat: time set aside to step out of the usual pace of life and be supported.
This class may suit you if you are looking for:
A monthly ritual of rest and reset
A slower alternative to a weekly yoga class
Support when you feel overstimulated, tired, or emotionally depleted
Restorative yoga, meditation, and sound in one extended session
A calm, women-only space with no pressure to perform or keep up
Things to know: No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Everything is optional, and you are welcome to adjust, rest, or simply receive throughout the session. All props are provided. Wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring anything that helps you feel cosy, such as socks or an extra layer.
