Our Classes

  • SOFTEN Yin Yoga (60 minutes) - Women Only Class

SOFTEN is a slow, nourishing Yin Yoga class created as a women-only space to unwind, release tension, and gently return to yourself.

Poses are held for longer periods of time, inviting the body to soften rather than stretch or strive. With the support of bolsters, cushions, blocks, straps, and chairs, you’ll be guided into comfortable, supported shapes that encourage deep rest, nervous system settling, and inner stillness.

This practice is about slowing down enough to listen to the body — supporting the connective tissues, joints, and nervous system through stillness and gentle awareness.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Yoga is movement and shapes, and in this class you’ll be invited to move gently — folding, twisting, and settling into supported positions at a pace that feels manageable. Options and variations are always offered, and you’re encouraged to work within what feels comfortable for your body on the day.

    • You feel tired, stretched thin, or emotionally overloaded

    • You’re craving rest, stillness, and quiet

    • You prefer slower, gentler practices

    • You’re new to yoga and want something calm and non-intimidating

  • Warrior One - Yoga Class

UNFOLD Gentle Hatha Yoga (60 minutes)

UNFOLD is a gentle, accessible Hatha Style yoga class designed to support ease of movement, steady breathing, and a grounded connection to the body.

Rooted in traditional Hatha yoga, the practice offers slow, considered movement through familiar standing and floor-based shapes, with moments of stillness woven throughout. The focus is on mobility, balance, strength, and body awareness — guided at a comfortable, unhurried pace.

Clear instructions and the thoughtful use of props create a supportive environment for a wide range of bodies and experience levels. Options are always offered, and you’re encouraged to move in ways that feel appropriate for you on the day. This practice supports both physical well-being and a calmer, steadier nervous system, without pushing or striving.

Tuesday evening: A regular, steady pace with gentle transitions between familiar shapes.

  • Restorative and Yin Yoga with bolsters

SURRENDER Restorative Yoga & Sound (2 hrs) - Women Only Class

SURRENDER is a deeply restorative, once-a-month experience designed as a Sunday reset — a mini retreat to help you slow down, release the week that’s been, and gently prepare for the one ahead.

Held just once each month, this extended class offers spacious, uninterrupted time to truly rest. It’s an intentional pause — a chance to step away from everyday demands and be fully supported, without the commitment of a weekly class.

The practice is slow and mostly still, using fully supported restorative yoga postures with bolsters, blankets, and props (all provided). You’ll be guided into a small number of shapes and supported to change positions slowly and mindfully, with no stretching or physical exertion.

As the restorative practice concludes, you’ll be guided into meditation and a crystal singing bowl sound bath. The sound vibrations support nervous system settling, deep relaxation, and emotional release.

SURRENDER is not a workout or a typical yoga class.

It’s a held, nourishing experience — designed to feel like a small retreat, without having to go anywhere.
