Our Meditation Classes

PAUSE Mindfulness Meditation (45 minutes) - $13
PAUSE is a guided meditation class for anyone wanting to slow down, settle the mind, and build practical tools for everyday life.
Each class includes a brief introduction to the meditation focus, followed by a simple guided practice. Techniques may include breath awareness, body awareness, grounding, noticing thoughts, mindful relaxation, and working with everyday stress.
You do not need to know how to meditate or clear your mind. You will be guided through the entire class, with time at the end to quietly settle before returning to your day.
A regular studio class can support your home practice by creating time, consistency, guidance, and connection with others.
PAUSE may suit you if you are:
New to meditation and unsure where to begin
Feeling busy, mentally tired, overwhelmed, or stretched thin
Looking for a regular moment of calm and reset
Wanting practical mindfulness skills to use outside the studio
Already meditating at home and wanting more structure, guidance, or consistency
Looking to practise alongside others in a calm, welcoming community
No experience, flexibility, or special equipment is needed. Simply wear comfortable clothing and arrive as you are.
