Yes. While you’re enrolled, you’re welcome to attend one in-person class per week at no extra cost. It’s a lovely chance to practise in community, ask questions, and receive gentle guidance in real time.

That’s completely okay. All course content is available on demand, so you can move at your own pace. Each week builds gently on the last, but there’s no pressure to “keep up” — just a soft invitation to return when you’re ready.

Around 30–45 minutes per week is a great starting point. Each week you’ll receive a short video or audio, a guided meditation (10–15 mins), and a simple journal reflection. You can also join an optional in-person class to deepen your experience.
